The hotel staff was friendly and helpful when we notified them that someone had dumped a bucket of ice and water on the floor of the elevator that we were in.not knowing this when we stepped in, my husband came very close to hitting the floor. Their prices are a little steep for me on the weekends, but not too bad during the week. Nice living area, separate large bedroom area, big bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and nice shower, and very nice wet bar area. It was very nice with a beautiful view of the pool, golf course and mountains.
Check in was a little slow but when we mentioned that it was our anniversary they upgraded us to a 1 room suite. We decided to go visit them for our anniversary weekend and decided to stay at Pechanga resort the night of our anniversary. Since our daughter and her family have moved to Winchester, Pechanga is only about 15 minutes from their home.
